Southern Workshop in Macroeconomics
The workshop is on hold at this time. Organisers will invite submissions of papers from 2024 in any area of macroeconomics that has a dynamic theoretical foundation with quantitative analysis involving simulations and calibration. However, future programmes will emphasise the causes and consequences of gender-related differences in macroeconomic outcomes. The workshop aims to offer a forum in the southern hemisphere for new developments in the field.

Auckland is a beautiful city in the North of New Zealand. Surrounded by the Pacific Ocean on the East and the Tasman See on the West, Auckland is also known as the City of Sails. A waterside city that is even more beautiful to visit in February, probably the nicest month in this South Hemisphere’s summer.
